Here, our members, clients or students are trained by our renowned indigenous technologist on various ways of manufacturing wall and floor tiles for both local and international consumption (80% local content). Other products that can be manufactured in these training courses include beside others the following:

3. Fanciful blocks and pavement

4. Interlocking tiles and building blocks

5. Water-proof paints  manufacturing

6.  Designs and production of POPs, Para frets, 

7.  4-D floor tiles designs, etc

Food Processing & Preservation Technology Cottage

Here our emphasis is on food production and preservation for both local and international consumption. We have unique African Fast food products of exportable value and taste.  The end result is that we produce Local & International Chefs, Food technologist, nutritionist, Cooks/Steward of estimable value, etc. This training project is headed by a Biochemist from the University of Ibadan whose long years of experience in the food industry is unparalleled in creative and natural research work that has lasted for over 20years. Our unique Bamcos bean cake products stand out amongst its equals.

Fruit Juice Processing Technology Cottage

With the unquantifiable losses experienced in Nigeria year after year from poor fruit preservation and or extraction, our training team focuses on various ways of converting our wide varieties of fruits into finish products that will compete favorably with international standards with healthy benefits as its ultimate goal. In this training project, our students are thought the act of wine production, production of beverages, soft drinks, fruit concentrates technology etc. This unit is being headed by a renowned industrialist and technocrat with over 25 years’ experience in fruit juice and wine production from natural fruits.

Information Communication Technology Cottage

This is the hub of our various cottage training programmes, as it will be used to connect all the cottages into a single stream for effective control and administration. Emphasis here, is laid on daily problem solving needs other than on academics.

We train our candidates on General Systems maintenance, Website design and maintenance, Internet related matters, Vsat Installation, Surveillance camera installation (wired and wireless) and repairs, GSM phone repairs, Repair of all computer and electronic hardwares, Networking (WIRLESS, LAN and MAN), etc. We also train individuals on the use of various Microsoft application packages as well as our own custom made software (indigenously developed application packages using various application development platforms like VB, C++, Oracle, etc. This training programme is what gives our other courses, it  international  relevance.. This project is headed by a programming graduate whiskied from the university of Benin.
